Medical City, master-planned, fifteen minutes to MCO. The hospital, the school and the gym sit inside the same few square miles, from Laureate Park's front porches to the estate lots out on the golf course. Mornings start on the trail network, lunch happens at Boxi Park, and the drive to your gate at the airport takes fifteen minutes.

Saint Cloud & Sunbridge

Historic lakefront town with brand-new neighborhoods on its northern edge. A real town rather than a subdivision at the lakefront end, and a brand-new house that sits lightly on the land up at Sunbridge. Afternoons run down to the lakefront pier and the marina, and up at Sunbridge the trails were laid before the streets were, with the Turnpike ten minutes out and Lake Nona fifteen north.
